You are pregnant for the first time and, in addition to the general birth preparation course, in which mainly theoretical content is taught, you would like more time to instruct yourself in practical exercises. Or you are already a mother and have all the theoretical knowledge and would like to take the time for the new child and this pregnancy instead of the conventional birth preparation course, then you have come to the right place. This course is primarily about body work to increase body awareness and thus the optimal preparation for the birth work and the optimization of the child’s position during birth. Our everyday life is often characterized by hustle and bustle and mental demands that leave no room or time for physical awareness, everything is controlled by the head. In addition, there are mainly sedentary and static activities in professional life, as well as the lack of getting used to physical exertion in everyday life. In this course we want to take time for our body, the changes it goes through during pregnancy and the contact with our child. Slow movements, stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises promote mobility, increase well-being (prevention or reduction of various pregnancy problems), the body is optimally prepared for childbirth and the mind learns to let go.

Cost: 90€ per participant for 6 meetings
All courses are hybrid courses, ie participation is possible both in attendance and online.
